# Zymkey 4i: zkifc Running but No Response from zkifc status on 64-bit (aarch64) Raspberry Pi OS — Wallet Setup Blocked

In the above OS Architecture supports `aarch64`

❌ 64-bit — NOT SUPPORTED by Zymkey software

Is it supports - `armv7l` ✅ OK (32-bit)

Based on the above process, I trying this cmd

**sudo systemctl status zkifc** is active in running but when I trying to execute the cmd **sudo zkifc status** is empty.

Let me know is there any possibilities to configure the **Zymkey** Device to **create wallet.**
