Zymkey pinout understanding

I have found two Zymkey pinout schemas:

There are some differences in pins usage, which confuses me.
I want to connect Zymkey using jumpers so it would be nice to understand what exactly pins require.
Another question is: is it necessary to use two 5V pins and two grounds?
I would like to free up pins 4 and 6 for another purpose.

@xiglow - The ZYMKEY only requires one 5V and one Ground connection to operate. It needs SDA1, SDC1, and GPIO4 for communication.
