Disable blinking led when shutdown?

Hello,

when the raspberry pi is shutdown (power supply connected), the blue led blinks quickly.
Is there a way to disable led linking when the raspberry is just attached to a power supply but not booted?

The LED should not be blinking when the RPi is shutdown. How are you shutting down the Pi ?

If I connect via SSH, on the Raspberry pi. Then I execute the command shutdown. Once, the system is down, the led starts blinking and does not stop blinking.

Iā€™m also seeing the same thing when I shutdown the RPi3 B+.
